Shipping Policy

We currently ship to Europe and selected international destinations using UPS, offering Standard and Express delivery options depending on the destination.

Shipping costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination country and selected service. Prices are shown at checkout before completing your order.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days (Europe)

  • Express shipping: 1–3 business days (Europe)

  • International shipping: 5–10 business days, depending on destination

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, peak periods, or external factors beyond our control.

Customs & duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.


Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return shipping

  • The return shipping label is provided by us

  • The cost of the return shipment will be deducted from the refunded amount

This allows you to return your order easily without arranging shipping yourself.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified by email

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • The refund amount will be issued minus the return shipping cost

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-returnable items

Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. If applicable, this will be clearly stated on the product page.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please return your order and place a new one.
